The vibrant orange of the autumn tree stands boldly against the cooler tones of the landscape, embodying the fleeting beauty of seasonal change. Transitions hold deep significance for me—those in-between moments where nature feels both grounded and fleeting.

Here, I balanced the textured, thicker paint of the foliage with areas of thinly applied pigment, allowing the warm imprimatura to subtly radiate through, enhancing the sense of warmth and impermanence. The piece reflects my fascination with the delicate harmony between transformation and stillness.
